1. Set up the frame

2. Connect the frame with the bolts

3. Place 2 large and 1 small rubber mat on each side inside the frame

4. Insert the first wooden plate between the rubber mats into the frame

5. Insert the remaining wooden plates and attach them with the square connectors

6. Tighten the bolts in the frame
